“Dolbyman” was a four-minute journey through a variety of musical genres, all generated by the mouth of one man — UK beat box champion and vocal artist Beardyman. Shot in London and finished at Dolby Laboratories in San Francisco, the original composition of over 200 individual tracks showcases a creative talent in Dolby 5.1 surround sound (this version in stereo ). Role: Creative Director / Director.Illustrated by Victor Gatmaitan. Designed and animated by Richard Krause.

It was a windy Saturday and we had the bright idea of tying our HD cam to a kite on Rodeo Beach. Completely unstable, the camera swung around wildly… however we were happy enough just getting the camera up that high. Perhaps a second attempt is in order.

Here’s a 10 hour time lapse video from our home in Sausalito. This gives you a good glimpse into how are days come and go in the Winter. Heavy fog in the morning that burns off and returns in the morning. If you look hard you can see the very edge of Alcatraz on the right. The large island in the middle is Angel Island. The shots were taking with a still camera at 15sec intervals.

Mavericks (surfing competition) was going on in here in Northern Cali in Half Moon Bay. On the drive down we came across some massive ways in Pacifica. Some were so large they were going over the large pier… my guess is they were easily over 30+ feet.

We have a 72′ Honda CB350 and a Vino scooter we take them around the Bay Area every once in a while. This particular spot is only a few minutes from our house. Any time I want to get away and just take it in I head up this way. It’s beautiful. The Mino really picks up the wind audio but gives you a great picture in sun light, even directly into the sun
